Herb Marinade For Vegetable Kabobs

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 cup	177ml	Olive oil
1/4 cup	59ml	White vinegar or lemon juice
2		Garlic cloves - minced
1 teaspoon	5ml	Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Basil
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Oregano
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Marjoram
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Rosemary
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Pepper

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Makes one cup.
