Green Chile Treatment Recipe - Cooking Index
4 oz | 113g | Mild or hot green chiles |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Mild ground chiles - =OR=- chili powder |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetable oil |
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth. Makes about 1/3 cup.
