| 2 | Garlic - fresh, chopped clove | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ginger - fresh grated |
| 1 | Onion - halved and cut in s | |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Balsamic vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Rosemary |
put in dish just big enough to hold the meat.
Add a dry red wine until meat is 3/4 covered. Turn often.
