Garlic-Anchovy Rub

Recipe Ingredients

1		Garlic clove - crushed
1 teaspoon	5ml	Anchovy paste
2 teaspoons	10ml	Olive oil
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Freshly ground black pepper

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until smooth.

Makes about 1-1/2 Tbsp.

For beef, poultry, pork, lamb, fish.
