Garlic-Anchovy Rub Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Garlic clove - crushed | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Anchovy paste |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly ground black pepper |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until smooth.
Makes about 1-1/2 Tbsp.
For beef, poultry, pork, lamb, fish.
