1 cup 237mlFresh orange juice
1/2 cup 118mlVegetable oil
1/4 cup 59mlRed wine-vinegar
1/4 cup 59mlFresh lime juice
1 teaspoon 5mlSeasoning mix (below)
1   Minced garlic clove
  Seasoning
6 tablespoons 90mlSalt
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlGround pepper
1 1/3 teaspoons 6.7mlChili powder
3/4 teaspoon 3.8mlGarlic powder
3/4 teaspoon 3.8mlCumin

Recipe Instructions

Mix and store in jar. Use as needed. This was in Bon Appetit magazine March; 1986: Marinade 2 lb. skirt steak in refrigerator over night.

Probably other beef cut can also be used. The marinade is very good.
