Dijon Bourbon Marinade

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 cup 59mlBourbon
1/4 cup 59mlLow sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup 59mlDijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlWorcestershire sauce
1/4 cup 40g / 1.4ozDark brown sugar - firmly packed
6   Pearl onions - minced
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlWhite pepper - or to taste

Recipe Instructions

Whisk together all ingredients making sure the sugar has dissolved. It works best if you use a glass bowl.

Notes: MAKES 1 CUP. This is an incredible marinade for Lamb, pork, chicken or beef. Marinate the meat in the refrigerator over night, using the remainder to baste with during cooking.
