Dijon Bourbon Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Bourbon |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Low sodium soy sauce |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Dark brown sugar - firmly packed |
6 | Pearl onions - minced | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | White pepper - or to taste |
Whisk together all ingredients making sure the sugar has dissolved. It works best if you use a glass bowl.

Notes: MAKES 1 CUP. This is an incredible marinade for Lamb, pork, chicken or beef. Marinate the meat in the refrigerator over night, using the remainder to baste with during cooking.
