Citrus-Herb-Ginger Marinade for Fish and Seafood Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Plum wine |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lime juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Orange juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cilantro, fresh |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Thyme - crumbled |
1 | Bay leaf, fresh - chopped | |
1 | Garlic | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | White pepper |
1 | Rosemary, fresh |
Combine all the ingrendients in the bowl of a blender and puree together.
Let marinade stand for at least one hour so the flavors can mingle.
Marinate fish or shrimp for 1 to 2 hours in refrigerator before grilling.
This marinade is good for shrimp, scallops and white-fleshed fish.
