Chinese Red Marinade For Pork

Recipe Ingredients

1		Garlic clove - crushed
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Freshly ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Finely grated ginger root
4 teaspoons	20ml	Soy sauce
4 teaspoons	20ml	Honey
4 teaspoons	20ml	Dry sherry
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Five-spice powder
4 teaspoons	20ml	Chili sauce

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Makes about 3/4 cup
