Chinese Dry Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Brown sugar | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt | 
| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Ground turmeric | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dry mustard | 
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Paprika | 
| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Monosodium glutamate | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Celery seed | 
Combine ingredients and use for marinade for spare ribs and pork.
