Bourbon Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Bourbon |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dijon mustard |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Brown sugar |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - chopped fine (small) |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, mix well and refrigerate.
Use this marinade on all types of meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, etc.
