Basting Sauce For Roast

Recipe Ingredients

12 lbs 5448g / 192ozChuck or arm roast
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlGarlic salt
2 teaspoons 10mlCelery salt
1 teaspoon 5mlPepper
2 tablespoons 30mlVinegar
2 teaspoons 10mlDry mustard
2 teaspoons 10mlOnion salt
2 teaspoons 10mlSalt
2 tablespoons 30mlMayonnaise
2 tablespoons 30mlKitchen bouquet

Recipe Instructions

Place unseasoned Roast in Roaster with 1 inch water.

Cover and cook 3-4 hours depending on size of roast. Add sauce and baste.

Continue to cook covered until tender. Thicken liquid with flour.
