Balsamic Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
3/4 cup | 177ml | Olive oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Balsamic vinegar |
1 | Shallot - finely chopped | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly ground pepper |
Combine all ingredients in a jar. Close tightly, and shake vigorously. Use on poultry.
