Ron's Beef Jerky Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 474ml | Soy sauce |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Apple juice |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Water |
| 1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Brown sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tabasco sauce |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Onion powder |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Liquid smoke flavoring |
| 5 lbs | 2270g / 80oz | Roast sliced thin |
Mix the ingredients and rub onto thinly-sliced beef.
Let marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Dry in oven overnight.
