Middle Eastern Jerky Recipe - Cooking Index
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Coriander - (cilantro) |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ginger - ground |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Turmeric |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cumin - ground |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Chili powder |
Mix the ingredients and rub onto thinly-sliced beef.
Let marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Dry in oven overnight.
