Jim's Jerky Marinade - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
2 1/2 lbs | 1135g / 40oz | Flank steak or sirloin tip |
2 1/2 cups | 592ml | Red wine |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Soy sauce |
3 | Garlic - minced | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Black pepper |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Louisiana hot sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
Mix the ingredients and rub onto thinly-sliced beef.
Let marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Dry in oven overnight.
