1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper - cracked |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cayenne pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion powder |
2 | Garlic - cloves, crushed | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | A-1 sauce |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Paprika |
Mix the ingredients and rub onto thinly-sliced beef.
Let marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Dry in oven overnight.
