Fiesta Jerky

Recipe Ingredients

1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Pepper
1 tablespoon	15ml	Chili powder
1 teaspoon	5ml	Onion powder
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Cumin - ground
1 teaspoon	5ml	Garlic powder

Recipe Instructions

Mix the ingredients and rub onto thinly-sliced beef.

Dry in oven overnight.
