Zesty Mashed Potatoes Recipe - Cooking Index
| 5 tablespoons | 75ml | Potatoes - baked or boiled (large) | 
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Ghee | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt | 
| 1 | Black pepper | |
| 2 | Green chiles - minced | |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Water or milk | 
| Fresh parsley - for garnish | 
Mash the potatoes sans their skins. Add all the ingredients. Use warmed water or milk. Whisk until creamy with a fork. Serve immediately or keep warm in a double broiler.
