Teekhi Tarkari (Zucchini With Whole Green Peppercorns)

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons 30mlOlive oil
4 tablespoons 60mlZucchini - trimmed and sliced (medium) into rounds
1   Fresh hot green chili - seeded and chopped
2   Garlic cloves - sliced
1 tablespoon 15mlWhole green peppercorns
1 teaspoon 5mlGround black pepper
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
1/2   Lemon - juice of

Recipe Instructions

Heat the oil in a large skillet and add the zucchini slices. Reduce the heat, add the green chili and garlic, and stir. Add the peppercorns, pepper, salt, and lemon juice, and saute on a low flame for 10 minutes. Then cover the pan and cook 2 minutes more.
