Marinate in salt and lemon juice | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Yogurt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ginger paste |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic paste |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cumin powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Coriander powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garam masala |
Red chilli powder to taste | ||
Red food coloring - (optional) |
Marinate chicken pieces in the above ingredients.
Barbecue. This chicken can be cooked under the grill or in the oven.
Baste with a little oil to give it a shine.
But the best flavour comes from barbecuing.
