1 cup | 237ml | Winter squash - cooked leftovers |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Tahini |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Brown rice syrup |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Sesame seeds |
Combine the squash, tahini, and brown rice syrup in a blender, and puree until smooth. Stir in the sesame seeds. spread on pancake roll-ups, chapati, tortillas, or unleavened bread.
