2 tablespoons | 30ml | Jaggery |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Pinch salt (large) |
For Seasoning | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Ghee |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Black mustard seeds |
2 | Red chiles - broken |
Boil together tomato puree, jaggery and salt for about 10 minutes. Heat ghee and add mustard seeds and red chiles. When brown, pour over Tomato Pachadi and serve.
