Sweet Garam Masala Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Ground cardamom |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground cinnamon |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground coriander |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground cloves |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground mace |
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Transfer to an airtight jar and store in a cool dry place.
Makes 2 tablespoons
