Stuffed Bell Peppers (Bharva Hari Mirch) Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Green bell peppers (small) | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Vegetable oil |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Mustard seeds |
2 cups | 474ml | Shredded cabbage |
1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Carrots - grated |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Turmeric |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Coriander |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cayenne pepper - optional |
acing up. Reduce heat, cover with a lid and simmer for 10-12 minutes until the bell peppers become tender. The bottom of the bell peppers will be slightly black. Transfer the bell peppers to a serving tray.
