Blintzes - Meat Filling Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Ground cooked meat |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Grated onion |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced parsley |
Mix all of the ingredients together. Fill pancakes.
