Spicy Onion Relish Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Chopped onion | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika* |
5 tablespoons | 75ml | White vinegar or apple cider vinegar (may need more if you like it more |
Sour) | ||
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cumin powder |
Salt to taste |
* (you can add more if you can take the heat or add a few drops of orange-red food colour)
Mix all the above mentioned ingredients together and keep refrigerated for at least 2-3 hours before serving. Does NOT freeze well.
