Blintzes - Apple Filling Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Egg white | |
1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Finely chopped apples |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cinnamon |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Brown sugar |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Melted butter |
Beat the egg white until it begins to stiffen. Fold in the apples, sugar and cinnamon. Fill the pancakes and arrange in a buttered baking pan. Sprinkle with the brown sugar and butter.
Bake in a 400 degree oven 20 minutes. Makes about 18.
