Sookhi Gobi - Cauliflower, Ginger, Garlic And Chiles

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 cup 59mlVegetable oil
3/4 teaspoon 3.8mlCumin seeds
3/4 teaspoon 3.8mlYellow mustard seeds
5   Garlic - finely chopped
1 1/2   Fresh ginger root - cut into fine shreds
1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozCauliflower florets
2   Fresh hot green chilies
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
  Fresh ground black pepper
3/4 teaspoon 3.8mlGaram masala
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlChili powder - or to taste

Recipe Instructions

Put oil in wok and set on highish heat. When hot put in cumin and mustard seeds. Ads soon as mustard seeds begin to pop, a few seconds, put in galic, ginger, cauliflower and green chilies.

Stir-fry 5-7 minutes or until cauliflower has turned somewhat brown.

Now put in salt black pepper, garam masala and chili powder; mix. Put in 4 tablespoons water and cover wok immediately.

Cook for 2 minutes and serve.
