1 3/4 cups | 109g / 3.8oz | Flour |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Milk |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Clarified butter |
1 | Saffron |
Mix flour, saffron and milk to make dough. Add clarified butter and knead well. Roll out and shape into small rounds. Grill over charcoal fire.
