1 | Onion - chopped | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Green beans - cooked and drained |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Wax beans - cooked and drained |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Lima beans - cooked and drained |
Salt and pepper - to taste | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped parsley |
Cook the onion in the butter for 10 minutes. Toss with the green, wax and lima beans. Add salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with the parsley. Serves 4 to 6.
