Baked Salmon Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
4 | Salmon | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1 | Onion - sliced | |
1 | Bay leaf | |
1 cup | 237ml | Light cream |
Melt the butter in a baking dish. Arrange the salmon in it and sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Surround with the onion slices and bay leaf. Bake in a 375 degree oven 15 minutes. Pour the cream over the fish and bake for additional 25 minutes, basting frequently.
