Rice Pudding Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 711ml | Lowfat rice milk |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Long-grain rice |
1/4 cup | 82g / 2.9oz | Brown rice syrup |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground cardamom |
Try this great version of rice pudding.
Cook rice in rice milk for about 15 minutes. Add brown rice syrup after the rice is cooked. Add cardamom. Allow the rice to cool and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
Hints: Add saffron, chopped cashews, or raisins to enhance taste (optional).
