Pol Sambol Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Green chiles, finely chopped | |
1 | Onion, finely chopped | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Chile powder |
1/2 | Red pepper powder | |
1/2 | Coconut - grated | |
1 | Lemon - juice of | |
Salt to taste |
MIX the green chiles, onions, chile powder and pepper well. Toss in the grated coconut or 'pol'. Add lemon juice and salt to taste. Serve with bread, chapatis or rice.
