Pista Roll Recipe - Cooking Index
100 | Crumbled paneer | |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Milk |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Powdered sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Roasted ground pistachios |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cardamom powder |
Few drops rose or kewara essence - optional | ||
Chopped nuts or silver foil - for decoration |
Pistachio and cottage cheese (paneer) dessert.
Preparation time: 10 minutes Makes 4 to 6 rolls
1. Knead the paneer, milk and sugar very well.
2. Add the pistachios, cardamom powder and essence.
3. Shape the paneer dough into small rolls.
4. Roll into chopped nuts or cover with silver foil.
