Recipe Ingredients

100   Crumbled paneer
4 teaspoons 20mlMilk
2 tablespoons 30mlPowdered sugar
2 tablespoons 30mlRoasted ground pistachios
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCardamom powder
  Few drops rose or kewara essence - optional
  Chopped nuts or silver foil - for decoration

Recipe Instructions

Pistachio and cottage cheese (paneer) dessert.

Preparation time: 10 minutes Makes 4 to 6 rolls

1. Knead the paneer, milk and sugar very well.

2. Add the pistachios, cardamom powder and essence.

3. Shape the paneer dough into small rolls.

4. Roll into chopped nuts or cover with silver foil.
