Peshawari Naan Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Cashew nuts cooked | 
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Pistachio nuts | 
| 1/3 cup | 30g / 1.1oz | Blanched almonds | 
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Sugar | 
| Salt to taste | 
Grind all in a mixer and stir well.Add a little oil if necessary . Take 1tbsp of this mixture.Wrap the dough for naan around it and roll out.cook as per recipe.
