Papaya Chutney Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Raw papaya peeled and coarsely grated (small) | |
4 | Green chiles slit - up to 5 | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cumin & mustard seeds |
2 | Asafetida | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Coriander finely chopped |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Oil |
Salt to taste |
Heat oil, add seeds, asafetida, allow to splutter. Add green chiles, stir, add papaya. Add all other ingredients, mix well, remove from fire. Cool, serve with papdi.
