2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Chopped spinach |
1 | Onion - chopped | |
2 cups | 474ml | Skim milk |
Salt and pepper - to taste | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cottage cheese - (paneer) |
Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes
1. Cook the spinach and onion in 1/2 cup of water until soft.
2. Add the milk and blend in a mixer. Strain.
3. Add salt and pepper.
Serve hot, topped with grated cottage cheese.
