Palak Shorba (Spinach Soup)

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 292g / 10ozChopped spinach
1   Onion - chopped
2 cups 474mlSkim milk
  Salt and pepper - to taste
2 tablespoons 30mlCottage cheese - (paneer)

Recipe Instructions

Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes

1. Cook the spinach and onion in 1/2 cup of water until soft.

2. Add the milk and blend in a mixer. Strain.

3. Add salt and pepper.

Serve hot, topped with grated cottage cheese.
