Lime Vinaigrette Recipe - Cooking Index
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Fresh lime juice |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Champagne vinegar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Grated lime zest |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced garlic |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped cilantro and/or mint |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chopped, seeded Serrano chile - or to taste |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Toasted ground cumin |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Olive oil |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Whisk all of the ingredients together. Can be stored covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
This recipe yields about 1 cup of vinaigrette.
