Pachadi Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Tied curds |
2 | Cucumbers grated | |
2 | Green chillies slit | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Peanut crush |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Ground sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cumin powder |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Coriander finely chopped |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Mint leaves finely chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh beaten cream |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Oil |
Beat curds till smooth and thick.
Squeeze out water from cucumber.
Heat oil , add chilli, pressed down with a spoon.
Add to curds.
Add all other ingredients, mix well.
Chill for an hour before serving.
Serve chilled with polaos, biryanis, parathas, etc.
Making time: 25 minutes
Makes: 4-5 servings
