Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 474mlTied curds
2   Cucumbers grated
2   Green chillies slit
2 tablespoons 30mlPeanut crush
2 teaspoons 10mlGround sugar
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCumin powder
1/2 tablespoon 7.5mlCoriander finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlMint leaves finely chopped
1 tablespoon 15mlFresh beaten cream
1 teaspoon 5mlOil

Recipe Instructions

Beat curds till smooth and thick.

Squeeze out water from cucumber.

Heat oil , add chilli, pressed down with a spoon.

Add to curds.

Add all other ingredients, mix well.

Chill for an hour before serving.

Serve chilled with polaos, biryanis, parathas, etc.

Making time: 25 minutes

Makes: 4-5 servings
