Olive Cheese Ball Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Pitted ripe olives | |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Cream cheese |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | Pepper | |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Cheddar cheese - grated |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Jack cheese - grated |
Chopped parsley | ||
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dry mustard |
Indiana State Fair Chop olives coarsely. Soften cream cheese and mix in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and pepper. Stir in cheddar and jack or Munster cheeses and ripe olives. Chill until firm enough to form ball. Before serving, chill thoroughly and garnish with parsley.
