Mysore Sada Dosa Recipe - Cooking Index
300 | Dosa batter | |
Oil or ghee | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Mysore chutney |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter |
HEAT and grease a non stick tawa or a dosa plate. Pour on 75 ml dosa batter. Mix a little Mysore chutney and butter. Spread it over the dosa. Fold the dosa in a triangular shape and serve hot with chutney and sambar.
