Mojan's Indian Ice Cream Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Condensed milk |
1 | Whipping cream | |
1 cup | 237ml | Whole milk |
1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Almonds or cashews |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Pistachios |
1 | Saffron |
1. Blend all the ingredients and transfer to an aluminum pan.
2. Keep the pan in the freezer for 3 hours.
3. Blend ingredients well and transfer to a mold.
4. Keep in freezer until serving.
5. Dip mold in hot water to loosen; transfer ice cream to platter and garnish with sliced almonds.
