6 tablespoons | 90ml | Unsalted butter - (3/4 stick) - softened |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sifted powdered sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Finely-grated orange zest |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Orange juice |
Cream butter with a whip attachment with an electric mixer. Add sugar a little at a time beating continuously. Beat in orange zest and juice and continue beating until mixture is light and fluffy. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve.
