Mint Chutney - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Packed coriander leaves |
1/2 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Packed mint leaves |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped onion |
2 | Green chiles - deseeded and chopped | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Roasted cumin powder |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon juice |
Salt - to taste |
In a blender, grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste, adding little water, if required.
Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
You can vary the proportion of the mint and the coriander leaves, according to your liking.
