Mint Chutney - 2

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 40g / 1.4ozPacked coriander leaves
1/2 cup 20g / 0.7ozPacked mint leaves
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozChopped onion
2   Green chiles - deseeded and chopped
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlRoasted cumin powder
2 teaspoons 10mlLemon juice
  Salt - to taste

Recipe Instructions

In a blender, grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste, adding little water, if required.

Store in a jar in the refrigerator.

You can vary the proportion of the mint and the coriander leaves, according to your liking.
