Mint And White Radish Chutney (India)

Recipe Ingredients

10 cups 400g / 14ozFresh mint leaves - coarsely chopped
4 oz 113gPeeled white radish or red radishes
10   Fresh hot green chiles - (to 12) coarsely chopped
1   Onion - chopped (small)
2 1/2 teaspoons 12mlSalt - , or to taste
2 tablespoons 30mlFresh lime or lemon juice - (to 3 tbsp)

Recipe Instructions

PREPARATION: Combine all the ingredients in the container of an electric blender and blend, adding 2 or more tablespoons of water as needed. NOTE: This chutney is served in the Punjab with fried fish and all manner of kebabs. You may serve it with any Indian meal. The radish flavor makes it very unusual and appealing.
