Masala Wada Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Black gram dal - peeled and broken |
1/4 | Oil | |
2 | Onions | |
4 | Green chiles | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Pepper seeds |
Salt - to taste |
1. Chop onions finely.
2. Grind green chiles and pepper.
3. The rest of the method is identical to that of "Wada". Add onions, green chiles and pepper paste to the black gram dal batter.
