Masala Khichidi

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups 355mlLeftover green khichidi
1 tablespoon 15mlOil
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCumin & mustard seeds.
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlUrad dal
1   Curry leaves
2   Green chillies
1/2   Lemon - juice of
1/2 tablespoon 7.5mlChopped coriander
1   Asafoetida
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlChillipowder and turmeric
  Salt to taste

Recipe Instructions

Heat oil, break chillies to big pieces. First add urad dal, then seeds

and curry leaves and chillies. Also asafoetida. Now add khichidi lemon,

a chilli powder, turmeric and salt. Mix well and cook covered for 2

minutes garnish with coriander.

Serve hot.
