Grilled Asparagus With Ginger-Lemon Vinaigrette

  Salt - to taste
  Freshly ground pepper to taste - to taste
  Ginger Lemon Vinaigrette
1 tablespoon 15mlVery-finely minced peeled fresh ginger
1/3 cup 78mlFresh lemon juice
1/2 cup 118mlLight vegetable oil
1 1/2 tablespoons 22mlToasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon 5mlSugar
  Garnish
1 tablespoon 15mlLightly-toasted sesame seeds

Recipe Instructions

Lightly oil asparagus and season with salt and pepper. Grill over hot coals until crisp tender and serve warm or at room temperature with Ginger-Lemon Vinaigrette drizzled over. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
