Grilled Asparagus With Ginger-Lemon Vinaigrette Recipe - Cooking Index

Ginger Lemon Vinaigrette | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Very-finely minced peeled fresh ginger |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Light vegetable oil |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Toasted sesame oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
Garnish | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lightly-toasted sesame seeds |
Lightly oil asparagus and season with salt and pepper. Grill over hot coals until crisp tender and serve warm or at room temperature with Ginger-Lemon Vinaigrette drizzled over. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
