Marinated Veggies

Recipe Ingredients

  ***CHOOSE ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING VEGGIES***
  Celery - cucumber, carrots, radishes, turnips.
2 teaspoons 10mlLemon juice
1 teaspoon 5mlSugar ground
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlGrated ginger
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlPepper powder
1 tablespoon 15mlVinegar.

Recipe Instructions

Make cubical shaped fingers, about 2" long.

Mix all other ingredients.

Pour over veggies, toss till evenly coated.

Keep aside for 30 minutes to marinate.

Refrigerate till chilled.

Serve chilled with hot or cold soups.
