Marinated Veggies Recipe - Cooking Index
***CHOOSE ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING VEGGIES*** | ||
Celery - cucumber, carrots, radishes, turnips. | ||
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar ground |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Grated ginger |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper powder |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vinegar. |
Make cubical shaped fingers, about 2" long.
Mix all other ingredients.
Pour over veggies, toss till evenly coated.
Keep aside for 30 minutes to marinate.
Refrigerate till chilled.
Serve chilled with hot or cold soups.
