Mango Pudding, Non-Dairy Recipe - Cooking Index

| Juice from one orange | ||
| Juice from one lime | ||
| 5 oz | 142g | Soft or firm low-fat tofu - (1% fat) |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Sugar |
Toss in a blender and puree. Pour into serving bowls and chill one hour.
